Pwede bang i-deny ang isang Triskelion?

Pwede nga ba talagang i-deny ang isang Triskelion?

The short answer is NO. Hindi po pwedeng i-deny ang isang lehitimong Triskelion. If you do that, you are committing a sacrilege. Once an alexis survives the initiation/final rites, and becomes a full-pledged Triskelion, he is inexorably vested with Triskelion Rights and Privileges. Walang sinuman, maging GT man or Chairman, or kahit ang National Premier ang pwedeng magtanggal ng iyong Triskelion rights and privileges without due process. Our Triskelion rights and privileges are enshrined and protected under Article 5 of the Tau Gamma Phi Constitution.

Ang sinumang lumabag sa iyong mga karapatan bilang isang Triskelion, by denying you kahit alam ng lahat na ikaw ay lehitimong Triskelion ay may kaukulang mabigat na parusa. Denial of a legitimate Triskelion is a Grave Violation of the Constitution. Grave violation of the Tau Gamma Phi Constitution is a ground for Expulsion from the fraternity.

Your brothers in the higher councils, including the provincial, regional, and judicial councils are with you, along with all the good Triskelions who are also fighting the good fight. This is one of the prime purposes of the councils.

If we do not stand up together, it will just be a loop – a cycle of abuse that will never end.

Let us all do what is right at unti-unting baguhin ang mga maling nakagawian.  Hindi ito kaya ng isa, dalawa, o tatlong tao lamang. let us all do our duties and ensure that our rights and privileges are respected, for a better future for our beloved Tau Gamma Phi. As one great man once said:

“Whatever is my right as a man is also the right of another; and it becomes my duty to guarantee as well as to possess.”
