Brgy. Uno (Rizma) Chapter participated in the Provincial celebration of our 55th National Founding Anniversary. We also submitted our newborns to the Albay Provincial Council for the oath-taking ceremony and recognition by the APC which was held at the Ibalong Centrum for Recreation in Legazpi City.
