Brod. PSSg Rene Bibon is an original member of Brgy. Uno (Rizma) Chapter. He is also a member of the Triskelion Law Enforcers Group (TRILEG). He is one of the most important members who started the initiative to revive our chapter. Due to his efforts and leadership, we were able to come together and work out the requirements needed for the revival of the chapter.
